Meet Madeline

I started my fitness journey in October of 2014. I was always active in high school and was on the swim team but never really knew or learned much about training or the proper types of food I needed to fuel me.

Fast forward three years. I graduated high school and had gained over 90 pounds. That was when I knew it was time for a change. I NEEDED to change.

I felt lazy, fatigued, depressed, and I wasn’t really doing much. Just six months prior, I had just been with a mission organization. My faith has and always will be a huge part of who I am and I wanted to live a life that showed that. So, I started going to the gym and was surrounded by so many supportive people. When I lost the 90+ pounds I realized I wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals.

I got my personal training certification at Bellevue College and also through the American Council On Exercise. I received my health coaching certification with ACE.

I’m constantly reading and keeping up with what’s new in fitness, nutrition, and the general health world so that I can make sure to provide clients with the best experience and information possible.
